This resource is a 4-part Bible Study series designed to be taught in congregations as four distinct one-hour sessions, specifically to those who are raising children still living in their home. The studies are designed to spark conversations between parents and in the home about the challenging topics of time management, family devotions, generosity in giving, and grief.
The Study was originally written by Rev. Stephen Moser, Rev. Jarod Koenig, and DCE Hannah Hayden for parenting seminars on each 5th Sunday of the year during 2023 as part of a “5th Sunday Seminar” parenting series at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Springfield and Nixa, MO. The studies have a similar format to one another, but any one could be used individually.
